I first noticed Echo Isle when a fellow Content Creator named Cryptik Media picked it up, and it looked pretty good. Echo Isles is a game that throws you back into the 90s, where games like this thrived. For those who might not have the time anymore for the big RPGs that tend to go on for many hours, Echo Isles is perfect for short sessions and is optimised for Steam Deck.

It always feels nostalgic to see video games like this make a return. Often, the top-down RPGs of the past seem overlooked, but it seems Josh Koenig Games has made the perfect throwback. If you want to give it a try, you can; the demo lets you play up to the first echo stone.
