Dearbnb, developed by Gameshaft Studio and published by GrabTheGames, will be available on Steam in Q3 2026. The demo is available on Steam right now if you want to give it a try yourself.
In Dearbnb, you’ll have to run an empire of BnBs, shops and restaurants, slowly going from a small apartment block to city-wide control. You’ll have to set prices, find tenants, customers, and customise your BnBs, all while earning money and reputation. In Dearbnb, every decision you make matters in your journey to success.

Features:
🎨Interior Customisation & Cozy Design – Change wall colours, floor materials, and freely place furniture and decorative items to shape the atmosphere of each space.
▶️Room-Based Gameplay – Click on a room to enter a focused decorating scene.
When your setup is complete, hit “Ready” and watch tenants and customers arrive.
🛑Zone Progression – Start in lower-income districts and work your way up to elite neighbourhoods. Higher zones require experience, skills, and special badges to unlock.
🪪Skill Tree & Badge System – Unlock new regions, property types, and business opportunities through progression and achievements.
☕Beyond Apartments – Manage cafes, shops, theme park, supermarket, cinema, aquapark and more. Expand businesses, increase capacity, and optimise income streams.
🍩Lively Characters – No pressure, no combat. A relaxing atmosphere combined with meaningful management decisions.

In Dearbnb, you’ll start off with one apartment to manage. The tutorial will teach you everything you need to know to expand your business. Once you’ve learned the ropes, you’ll be able to manage restaurants like my pizza place that I designed to my liking and other commercial properties. To achieve having your own bustling business, you’re going to need cash to grow your empire, and Dearbnb gives you control over everything. You can even bargain with guests to get maximum profit. I felt that for a demo, the management aspects were balanced well; I found no issues with it.
Designing quirky BnBs was both addictive and fun, though the pesky guests would often leave the rooms in such a mess! However, the clean-up minigames are intuitive and offer something a little different from just point-and-clicking. I enjoy the freedom that you are given to make it all your own.
Dearbnb reminds me of those management tycoon games from years back; the design just screams nostalgia to me in a good way. It reminded me of Neighbours From Hell. It had the same look and feel, despite being two completely different genres. I had a great time with Dearbnb. With so much in a small demo, I cannot wait to see the final release. The demo is available on Steam now, and I recommend you give it a try if you like management games.
