Mars Attracts, developed and published by Outlier, is coming to Steam Early Access on September 16th. You can find the Steam page HERE.

In Mars Attracts, players will be tasked with running an alien theme park. This will mean building rides, hiring staff and managing guests’ needs. The dark twist, however, you’ll need to abduct humans across history to serve as your star attractions. Mars Attracts combines systems from much-loved games such as Roller Coaster Tycoon, Theme Hospital and Zoo Tycoon with a retro futuristic B-movie inspired style. The style and humour combined tease a unique combination that players will love.

Mars Attracts was revealed in 2024 with a teaser trailer which racked up over 1 million views on YouTube. The demo featured in Steam Next Fest in June 2025 and proved to be a big hit with both players and streamers.”

Following a highly successful visit to Gamescom as part of the Indie Arena Booth, developers Outlier are looking forward to a wider audience getting their hands on Mars Attracts. At Gamescom, visitors praised the game’s deep management mechanics, experiment system and dark sense of humour.

Fans of the game will also have a chance to pick up a special Supporter’s Edition of Mars Attracts, which will include an hour-long behind-the-scenes video, the soundtrack, and a 56-page artbook packed full of concept art, illustrations and character design. Supporters will also have access to a bonus human enclosure and special character – the Space Age!

Early Access for Mars Attracts has been said to last for around 9 months, with development following a player-guided approach. Community feedback will be key to developing the game further.
