House Flipper 2 has received a brand new trailer from Frozen District showing off the new features, story and environments. House Flipper 2 developed by Frozen District is available December 14th 2023 on Steam. The trailer features below:

The trailer shows off a new location called Pinnacove, a place with stories in each location. Since people started moving into the once sleepy fishing village, it has become a popular tourist destination. Players will flip houses in special projects that are influenced by the theme of the town. Each environment is distinct visually and audibly with ocean waves and forest murmurs enhancing the renovation experience. In House Flipper 1 players could choose from over 500 items to use, but in the sequel, you can choose from over 2500 items meaning you’re creativity is almost endless! What will you be building?

House Flipper 1 is a game I used for mindfulness when stressed out, House Flipper was my go-to destress experience. There was something about the way that you did everything from laying tiles, to painting walls, it was so satisfying to do, and even the garden work in the DLC was quite addictive. From cleaning up houses to renovating and selling, it felt therapeutic. House Flipper 2 looks to expand on this by offering the ability to build houses as-well as an enhanced cleaning and renovation system. Are you looking forward to House Flipper 2?
